Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. All returns must have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning the products. The RMA number must clearly legible on all packages being returned. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee - as it cannot be resold as new to anyone else.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time: Most orders will ship the next business day, and be delivered within 3-5 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot "guarantee" when an order will arrive, because we use third party carriers so please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. If delivery time frame is critical, please phone in your order and speak to a customer service representative directly in order to verify stock availability and/or arrange alternative shipping methods.
